25% off at Kurt Geiger
I'm treating myself to a weekend free of work. I know, I know, it's a little naughty being self-employed and all but I've been in continuous work-mode since Christmas and decided it's important to reward all that hard work. I'm starting my long weekend with a spa treatment this morning at Le Petit Spa Malmaison, lunching with the girls straight after and then an entire afternoon of shopping. Okay, so it's less of a treat more of an indulging extravaganza. Never fear though, you can join in the fun too.
Enjoy 25% off at Kurt Geiger online now. How? Click on this Kurt Geiger link, it will take you straight to the website and all you have to do is enter promo code GRAZIA25 at the checkout, (see the website for full t&cs). All courtesy of Grazia Magazine. You can have a peek at my favourites from the 'New In' section below.
Have a fabulous weekend everyone!

Earlier in the week I travelled to Harrogate, North Yorkshire for the British Bridal Exhibition. It was a rather hectic two days but along the way I managed to grab a few snaps.
On day one I enjoyed a delicious lunch at Le Bistrot Pierre and picked up some inspiration from the decor.
I had a preview of the upcoming trends for wedding flowers and centre pieces from florist Caine. Looks like off-white and green is the choice of Harrogate's spring brides, with centre pieces looking rustic and homely.
The 2012 Wedding Dress of the Year Award was won by Justin Alexander with dress #8610.
Would it be your dress choice?
Admiring the surroundings of the Royal Hall while waiting for the A/W '12 bridal fashion show to start.
Finishing off my trip with afternoon tea and scones at the infamous Bettys.

Heavenly
During my trip I attended the A/W '12 bridal fashion show, so stay tuned for my review of the upcoming trends for bridal wear in a future post.

I've just got back from a day of first fittings with my Eve & Adam brides. The reactions were overwhelming and the dresses are looking exquisite, it's so incredibly exciting. I really can't wait to add some images for you to see, although it will have to wait until after the weddings....most definitely worth the wait folks!

Bridal styling....it's been a while
I couldn't help but be inspired by these bridal gowns I saw
recently, they offer simplicity and elegance rolled into one.
I’ll admit these gowns are most suited to destination weddings, but the refined
details could easily be plucked and used to adorn a dress more
suited to a wedding at home. Namely the
embroidery on the Catherine Deane gown, which is beautifully done, yet the elegant bows from the back of
the Roberto Rodriguez gown wouldn’t look out of place either. (Could these be the replacement for the popular button detailing?)
The Thread gown also offers inspiration. With an increase in the number of my brides
looking for two dresses for their wedding day (one for the ceremony, one for
the evening reception) the idea of having a dramatic floor length skirt for the
ceremony, which can then be removed to reveal a slick cut, shorter style for
dancing in the evening, is starting to make perfect sense.
Then there’s the Calvin Klein gown, simplicity at its best. Offering
inspiration with its graceful silhouette, I can see this becoming a favourite
with brides wanting understated elegance for their big day.
Roberto Rodriguez, Jillian Gown, $297.50
Thread, Clara dress with removable skirt, $1,750.00
Calvin Klein, Savea B dress, $895.00
All dresses are available from Shopbop.com

Any shoe-aholics out there?
I've been working late this evening (yes twitter followers, my moodboards are almost done) and while I've been sourcing outfits for a client I decided to have a look on Zara.com to see what was new in this week. Any shoe-aholics out there? May I recommend these?
The ice-cream colours I love and I chose the last two because the wannabe-rock-chick in me wishes she could wear them.
I think I'm most taken with the ankle straps, they are such a feminine addition to a shoe and always at their best when worn with a pencil skirt...now, where to find some pencil skirts?
Sky blue with ankle straps, £69.99
Yellow court with metal toe, £69.99
Pink with metallic straps, £39.99
Peep to mesh ankle boot, £69.99
Fashion heel, £69.99
All shoes and images from Zara.com
